Did You Know This About Your Body?

Your body is always working behind the scenes to keep you balanced… but it has a few favorite ways of asking for help.

Here are three signs your system is overwhelmed — not “broken,” just asking for support:

1. Morning stiffness or puffiness

This usually means fluid and lymph didn’t circulate well overnight. Your body detoxes the most while you sleep, so that morning “puffy” feeling is a sign things are moving… just slowly.

2. Feeling tired after meals

This isn’t normal. After you eat, blood shifts to your digestive organs. If you crash hard, your system may be dealing with inflammation, sluggish digestion, or stress hormones.

3. Tight shoulders and jaw for no reason

When your nervous system is stuck in “fight or flight,” your upper body becomes your shield. That tension is your body saying, “I don’t feel fully safe yet.”

Your body is incredibly intelligent.

These aren’t random symptoms… they’re messages.

Listen gently. Respond intentionally.
